Fincewin Terms & Conditions – Complete User Agreement

These terms and conditions constitute a legal agreement between Fincewin and its members. By using the Fincewin platform, you confirm that you have read and fully accepted these terms.

Fincewin is a licensed online betting and gaming platform. We offer sports betting on cricket, football, and more, as well as online casino games, for users in Bangladesh. Use of our services is subject to compliance with these Terms & Conditions.

These terms and conditions have been written in Bengali for the convenience of our Bangladeshi members. In the event of any conflict, the English version shall be considered final.

To open an account with Fincewin, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• Each person may register only one account.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information at the time of registration.
• A valid email address and mobile number are required.
• You must register under your own name, not someone else's.

After registration, Fincewin may request identity verification documents at any time. A national ID card, passport, or driving licence is acceptable. Failure to submit the required documents may result in temporary account suspension.

If multiple members of the same household wish to operate accounts from the same device or IP address, they must notify Fincewin support in advance.

Fincewin is firmly committed to preventing underage gambling. We follow a strict KYC (Know Your Customer) process.

Withdrawals of large amounts may be held until the verification process is complete. Fincewin keeps personal information secure and does not share it with third parties.

Fincewin supports deposits via Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The key payment rules are as follows:

• Minimum Deposit: ৳500 (per transaction)
• Maximum Deposit: Daily ৳1,00,000 (for verified accounts)
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳1,000
• Withdrawal Processing Time: 24–72 business hours
• Deposit & Withdrawal Methods: Must be the same

Your account must be fully verified before you can make a withdrawal. If deposited funds are withdrawn without being wagered, Fincewin reserves the right to charge a processing fee.

The following rules must be followed when placing bets on Fincewin:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.
• Minimum bet amount is ৳50.
• Maximum bet limits are set individually for each market.
• If a match is cancelled or drawn, the stake will be refunded.
• Fincewin is not responsible for bet cancellations caused by internet connectivity issues during live betting.
• If an obvious error is detected in the odds, Fincewin reserves the right to void that bet.

In accumulator bets, if one event is cancelled, that leg will be counted at odds of 1.00 and the remaining legs will proceed as normal. Fincewin's decision is final in determining all outcomes.

Fincewin regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each offer comes with its own terms, but the following general rules apply to all bonuses:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once per account.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus can be withdrawn.
• Bets placed with a bonus must generally have minimum odds of 1.50.
• Bonuses will be automatically cancelled upon expiry.
• Winnings from free bets can be withdrawn directly, but the original free bet amount will be deducted.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Fincewin:

• Creating multiple accounts for the same individual.
• Opening an account using a false identity or fraudulent information.
• Taking a bonus solely for withdrawal purposes (bonus abuse).
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal purpose.
• Using or attempting to hack another member's account.
• Using software or bots to place bets.
• Betting using match fixing or insider information.
• Making payments using a third party's card or account.

Fincewin reserves the right to close an account and forfeit all balances without prior notice if these rules are violated. In cases of serious breaches, the matter may be referred to law enforcement authorities.

Fincewin may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a terms violation is found.
• If identity verification is not completed or false information is provided.
• Suspicious transactions or betting patterns are detected.
• At the member's own request (self-exclusion).
• Extended periods of inactivity (more than 12 months).

Before closing an account, Fincewin will generally attempt to notify the member by email. However, in urgent situations, action may be taken without prior notice. Valid balances on a closed account (if not bonus-related) may be appealed for a refund.

Fincewin treats your personal data with the utmost care. We protect all data using SSL encryption and never sell or share your information with third parties.
